SHOTGUN - AN AMERICAN BARBECUE GRILL IN SOHO

The team behind London’s premier American restaurant, The Lockhart opened their second site, Shotgun, on Kingly Street in London’s Soho in September 2015. Leading the culinary direction is Mississippi-born chef Brad McDonald who will be cooking a traditional ‘low and slow’ barbecue drawing on the classic barbecue flavours, and treating diners to authentic and seasonal specialties.
