THE SILVER BIRCH TO OPEN WITH A SOFT LAUNCH
We are delighted to announce that The Silver Birch, with Kimberley Hernandez (formerly head chef at Andrew Wong’s Kym’s and XU) in the kitchen, will be opening on Wednesday 28th October, in the heart of Chiswick, following 5 days of soft launch from Wednesday 21st – Sunday 25th October, with 50% off food.
From first time restaurateur, Tim Price, this neighbourhood restaurant will be a light filled, warm addition to the High Road, with Kimberley injecting elements of culinary expertise and playfulness into a seasonally driven British menu.
Highlights will include Blooming Onion, Tarragon, Lemon; and Potato Cabbage Gratin ‘From The Garden’ section, along with Retired Dairy Cow Beef, Green Sauce, Anchovies; and Truffled Chicken & Dumplings ‘From Land and Sea.’ Dessert will feature a decadent XXL Lemon Meringue Éclair; and Fried Tarte Tatin served with Cheddar.
Open for breakfast too, a freshly baked pastry and bread display will be visible through a window looking into the kitchen, from which guests will be welcome to choose.
There are nods to the leafy, dappled High Road throughout the space and a true sense of the natural, with an earthy colour palette made up of sage greens, pale pinks and textured walls.
The Silver Birch will open for soft launch from Wednesday 21st October until Sunday 25th October, with 50% off food (drink not included).
