SPRING SHOP WILL LAUNCH

We are so excited to announce that in early May, Skye Gyngell will open the doors to the first ever shop version of Spring, on Ledbury Road in Notting Hill.

The shop will be in collaboration with celebrated sustainable florist Kitten Grayson Flowers and will be abundant with biodynamic produce from Fern Verrow farm in Herefordshire and Heckfield Home Farm in Hampshire. These seasonal vegetables will be displayed at the centre of the spacious site on a wide farm table, positioned underneath a stunning everlasting installation by Kitten Grayson Flowers.

Elsewhere, there will be meals such as Spring nettle tagliolini with wild garlic and walnut sauce; baked goods like Walnut and raisin bread or Porridge sourdough; and jams, cordials, pickles and preserves, all made by the Spring team with the excess produce from the farms.

There will also be dairy products from Heckfield Home farm, a natural wine section and coffee counter, amongst other elements. Visitors will be able to choose items they’d like to be boxed and then beautifully wrapped with colourful VV Rouleaux velvet ribbons, dried flowers and recyclable paper.
