SUCRE WILL LAUNCH 26TH JULY
16/07/2021
Sucre, a new restaurant from Buenos Aires' famed chef Fernando Trocca, will open on 26th July. The restaurant and bar is housed in a 310 yr old building on Great Marlborough Street in Soho, the former home of the London College of Music.
Having trained in Argentina’s most prestigious kitchens and undertaken several stages across Europe and the US, Trocca launched Sucre in Buenos Aires in 2001. Since then, Sucre has featured in Latin American’s 50 Best Restaurants repeatedly.
Trocca will partner with friend, cocktail guru Tato Giovannoni (number 3 in the World’s 50 Best Bars) on a downstairs cocktail bar Abajo.
