SUNDAY ROAST MENU AT PRAWN ON THE LAWN ISLINGTON

Katie and Rick Toogood have launched a Sunday Roast Menu at their Islington restaurant and fishmonger, Prawn on the Lawn, offering groups of two or more a whole roast fish to share with accompanying sides and drinks.
For the roast fish, guests will have the choice of whatever is fresh, seasonal and off the boat that day including Plaice, Gild Head Bream, Monkfish and Turbot. The fish centrepiece will come with all the mouth-watering trimmings (portioned depending on your group size):
Charred cabbage, preserved lemon, capers
Roasted pumpkin, smoked paprika, pumpkin seeds
Cauliflower puree, truffle crumb
Crushed potatoes, rosemary salt
Mushrooms + courgettes, rocket pesto, pine nuts
Porcini mushroom gravy cooked with homemade fish stock
The roast can be enjoyed alongside a Breakfast Negroni or Speciality Bloody Mary such as Prawn on the Lawn’s own Japanese version with soy, mirin, sansho pepper and pickled ginger.
Prices vary depending on the catch of the day and number of people dining. See the full menu here. Available every Sunday from 12-5pm, alongside their regular menu.
