The menu at temper Covent Garden offers two types of pizza, both ‘stateside’ inspired – the ‘Detroit’ with its light and airy focaccia-esque bottom and cheese crust; and the ‘Bar’ with its almost cracker-like thin base. Toppings range from Goat Ragu, Soft-shell Crab, Wagyu Salami and White Clams. There is also be a selection of hearty ragu and a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.
The central counter kitchen at temper Covent Garden is the visual and theatrical focus, with a large wood-fired oven at one end and a bar at the other, offering a diverse and exciting vermouth menu.
