TOM KERRIDGE'S THE BULL & BEAR IS NOW OPEN IN MANCHESTER

We are pleased to announce that Chef Tom Kerridge’s new restaurant, The Bull & Bear, is now open in Stock Exchange Hotel on Norfolk Street, Manchester (15th November 2019).

 

Located within the grand domed room which was previously the trading floor of the Stock Exchange, Tom’s first Manchester outpost is an approachable and social space, blurring the lines between elegance and informality, with a menu reflecting Tom’s signature style of refined British classics.

 

Tom and his Executive Chef Dan Scott have created a menu that is influenced by Tom’s pub in Marlow, The Coach. The menu celebrates the style of cooking that Tom is renowned for - British comfort food and classics using incredible produce, in an environment that is approachable yet luxurious. Some signature favourites from The Coach make an appearance such as Mushroom “Risotto” Claude Bosi and Chicken Kiev with Maple Glazed Butternut Squash. The menu also includes:

Rotisserie Beetroot Salad with Feta and Hazelnut Dressing 
Crispy Pig’s Head with Celeriac Rémoulade and Spiced Date Sauce 
Duck Liver Parfait with Plum Chutney and Toasted Brioche
   
Hot “A bit bigger”
Fish Fritter of the Day with Pease Pudding and Tartare Sauce 
Steak and Blue Cheese ‘Demi’ Pie with Roasted Onion and Ale Gravy 
Whole Stuffed Rotisserie Quail with Black Pudding and Moilee Sauce
 
Sweet
Whisky and Rye Pudding 
Banana Custard with Dates, Honeycomb and Pistachios 
The B&B Profiteroles with Soured Vanilla Cream
 
Tom and his team will also be overseeing the private dining for the hotel as well as the breakfast and room service.
