Ahead of its launch in November, The Maine on Hanover Square has now shared design details and menues.
Blending old-world British Elegance, New England extravagance and a touch of subterranean decadence, The MAINE features 350 covers across five rooms over three floors, with a year-round hidden terrace nestled in the former stables of the townhouse, now named Medici Courtyard.
THE DRAWING ROOM & TERRACE
Enveloped by foliage, both spaces offer mid-century aesthetic with a laid-back vibe. Think New England herritage meets tradtional British garden with a retro touch.
Breakfast: Turkish Eggs; Lobster Benedict; Fried Oyster Omelette; Arnold Bennett Omelette; Stacked Pancakes
Starters: New England Clam Chowder; Maine Lobster Rolls; Crab & Avocado Salad; Roman Artichokes; Charred Octopus; Cornmeal Soft Shell Crab
Mains: Steak Frites; Spicy Shrimp Linguine; Mussels Mariniere; Cedar Plank Salmon

THE TAVERN
A quintesential British pub, stylistically desinged with New England architectural roots. This Brick vaulted speakeasy houeses the ‘crown jewel’ long zinc bar making it the perfect location for lavish cocktails at the hands of skilled mixologists.

The hub of extravagance with the essence of a debauched Cabaret club. Chandeliers halo the centre stage, glistering raw bar and open exhibition kitchen, as the room fills with impromptu performance and daubuchery.
