THE PILGRM
12/10/2017
The hotel, cafe and lounge will open in Paddington’s Norfolk Square on the 1st November 2017. Bookings are now being taken and reservations are live via their website.
A pioneering new venture from long time collaborators Jason Catifeoglou, Andreas Thrasyvoulou and Steph Thrasyvoulou, The Pilgrm is a considered reinterpretation of a traditional hotel. Housed in Victorian buildings which have been restored to their former glory, the hotel features four different categories of 73 carefully appointed bedrooms, as well as a ground floor neighbourhood Cafe and first floor Lounge.
In place of a usual reception area, the ground floor Cafe serves as a welcome area for hotel guests, as well as serving quality coffee, teas and pastries to hotel guests, locals and passers-by. The first-floor Lounge will feature the elegantly designed drawing room, accommodating approximately 30 covers and an open kitchen and bar. The all-day menu celebrates dishes designed to please a globetrotters palate, and a cocktail offering which is an exciting collaboration with some of the best cocktail bars from around the world.
The Pilgrm offers a refreshing break from the ordinary. Through a sensitive restoration, the original features of the Victorian-era building have been brought back to life. With a nod to yesterday’s craftsmanship and the future of hospitality, The Pilgrm offers a modern experience with vintage charm.
