THE PILGRM HOTEL LAUNCHES "THE PILGRM PROVISIONS"

Much-loved Paddington haunt The Pilgrm has pivoted in spectacular style. Once a design-lead hotel, now so much more.

The Pilgrm Provisions reopened today, Monday 15th June, as a grocery store and kitchen. Each morning begins with fresh Workshop coffee and hot pastries, and then customers can (click and collect available) gourmet goods from mostly British producers.

Continuing with The Pilgrm’s value of sustainability, there will be minimal packaging and minimal plastic. Estate Dairy is transporting their milk, butter and cream daily; yoghurts will be made fresh each week by M&G, eggs are from Cacklebean, Bread Factory and Bread Ahead are providing plenty of sourdough bread, pastries and baguettes; a small wine cellar stocks organic wines from Le Caves de Pyrennes and assorted ales. There are good oils, honey and olives from friends at Maltby & Greek; Foxes Spices for herbs and spices, hard to source tinned fish from the wonderful The Tinned Fish Market; Brindisa chorizo; pastas and sauces from Cotswold Fayre, and ice cream to take away from Union.
