Make an ethical choice for your Christmas chocolate this year with Pump Street’s wonderful selection of products to suit every taste and budget, from stocking-fillers for those with a sweet tooth or to a full-blown gift for the dedicated chocoholic. 

  

Putting process, provenance and taste first, the renowned bakery and chocolate makers have created an outstanding Christmas range. From beautiful Father Christmas figures made from 60% Ecuadorian dark chocolate, bags of caramelised hazelnuts and chocolate covered orange slices, to the all-out Christmas Gift Boxes including a seasonal selection of four bars packed with festive-themed bakes including Gingerbread, Panettone and Eccles chocolate. 

  

Sourcing their beans from estates and cooperatives that ferment and dry the beans at origin, Pump Street uses traditional methods and all-natural ingredients in Suffolk to create their excellent craft chocolate. The beautifully designed packaging, all compostable or recyclable, balances the line between simplicity, sustainability and elegance, with limited-edition bars, designed by artist Jesse Bevan Brown, available exclusively for 2022.

 

The Christmas Gift Box - £27.50

A curated selection of four festive bars to enjoy over the Christmas period, the Christmas gift box includes a special selection of Eccles, Grenada Milk and Nutmeg, Panettone, and the Gingerbread bars. These unique bakery series bars are made using some of the beloved baked goods from the bakery in Suffolk; filled with recipes the team have been perfecting for years. Each bar can be bought separately for £6.75:

  

Panettone 70%

Filled with the bakery’s traditional three-day Panettone in the bakery, hung upside down to maintain its delicate rise. It is rich, perfumed, full of candied fruit and topped with almonds and sugar crystals, made with Grenada cocoa beans. 

  

Gingerbread 62%

The Gingerbread bar is made with freshly baked gingerbread cookies, spiced with ginger, cinnamon and cardamom for a rich, deep seasonal flavour and a lasting toasty finish.

  

Eccles 55% 

This award-winning bar contains Pump Street Bakery’s Eccles cakes; studded with puff pastry, the best Voztizza currants, raisins, Armagnac and a mix of spices, encapsulated in luxurious, dark Ecuadorian chocolate.

  

Grenada Milk & Nutmeg 60% 

This high cocoa milk chocolate, offering subtle undertones of the fruit flavours and gently scented with the warmth of Grenadan Nutmeg.

  

Father Christmas - £8.15

The classic Father Christmas figurine, a festive favourite from Pump Street, is hand-poured using molten chocolate. Safely packaged in a brand new decorative tube featuring snow-covered scenes of the bakery and castle in Orford, Suffolk.

  

Candied Orange Slices - £10.85

Delicate slices of candied orange are hand-dipped in rich, dark Jamaica 75% chocolate, with notes of the toasted grain, dried fruit and rum. The Candied Oranges are the perfect after-dinner indulgence or a fitting gift for the chocolate orange fan.

  

Caramelised Hazelnuts - £12.65

A uniquely moreish and nutty treat, each hazelnut is coated in sweet caramel and enrobed in chocolate, available with single-origin Jamaica 75% and Ecuador 60% dark-milk varieties.
