THE SILVER BIRCH TO LAUNCH IN CHISWICK

We are so excited to announce the opening of The Silver Birch in Chiswick, this October, with Kimberley Hernandez joining as head chef, having spent the last few years working as head chef at XU and Andrew Wong’s Kym’s.

Kimberley will serve a contemporary, seasonal menu from breakfast through to dinner, reflective of her Michelin background and years working at some of London’s top restaurants, but in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Founder Tim Price (who trained at Leith’s) and restaurant manager, Edward Allsopp (previously general manager at Wild by Tart), hope The Silver Birch will become part of the fabric of the Chiswick community, a true neighbourhood hub.

The design has been created in partnership with B3 Designers, with nods to the leafy, dappled High Road and a warm, pared back colour palette.
