THE WILD RABBIT TO LAUNCH NEW COTTAGES, AS ALYN WILLIAMS BECOMES CHEF PATRON

05/10/2018

Michelin-starred chef Alyn Williams, known for his acclaimed London restaurant Alyn Williams at The Westbury, joined The Wild Rabbit in Kingham this year as Chef Patron.

The Wild Rabbit will also be launching three new cottages in November, each beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, AGA, living area and private garden.

Organic and locally-sourced ingredients form the essence of The Wild Rabbit’s menu. Alyn and Nathan make daily trips to Daylesford’s market garden to find inspiration from the abundance of fresh produce on their doorstep. Alyn and Nathan elevate these ingredients to the highest standard, presenting refined seasonal dishes to guests and locals alike, such as: Tartare of river trout, pickled elderflower, apple and lime kefir and Parsley gnocchi, buttered turnip, truffle butter and Daylesford greens.

The Wild Rabbit already boasts two beautifully furnished, self-contained cottages that are located a short walk away from the main building. In November 2018, three additional cottages will be available. The cottages will sleep four and have two double or twin bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with AGA, eating area and sitting room with open fire or log burning stove. They even have a generous garden and outdoor terrace. In keeping with the Daylesford style, the rooms and cottages combine luxury with pared-back simplicity. Guests will find Russian linen sheets, Scottish hand-made mattresses and complimentary Bamford Bath & Body products.
