THE COACH’S HEAD CHEF TOM DE KEYSER WINS AN ACORN AWARD

Tom De Keyser, Head Chef at Michelin-starred pub The Coach in Marlow, has won an award at this year’s Acorn Awards after being nominated by his peers.

Since 1986, The Acorn Awards have been giving recognition to the rising stars of the hospitality industry.

After beginning his career at Gordon Ramsay’s York & Albany in London, Tom moved to Tom Kerridge’s two Michelin-starred pub The Hand and Flowers, where he was promoted to Chef de Partie. He then joined the team at The Coach as Senior Sous Chef and has more recently taken the helm as Head Chef.

Commenting on his win, Tom said: “It was an honour to be celebrated alongside so many other impressive individuals within our industry”.
