TOM KERRIDGE LAUNCHES KETCHUP RANGE
Chef Tom Kerridge has created a new range of ketchups in collaboration with the Hawkshead Relish Company, all of which are handmade in the English Lake District and are now available to buy online and in selected retailers across the UK.
The sauces come in a range of flavours; Virgin Mary, Chipotle Barbecue, Black Garlic, Fruity Brown Sauce and Gherkin, and make the perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes. The Gherkin ketchup has already made an appearance on the menu at Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, Tom’s first London restaurant at Corinthia London, where it is served alongside the Treacle Cured Chateaubriand with Red Onion Marmalade, Mushroom Purée and Chips.
The ketchups are made without any artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives and are gluten-free, nut-free and most are suitable for vegans.
