TRASH TIKI DUO TO OVERSEE DRINKS DIRECTION FOR THE CURTAIN

Trash Tiki founders and cocktail specialists Iain Griffiths and Kelsey Ramage are to oversee drinks direction for The Curtain – the hotel, restaurant and members club – opening in Shoreditch, in May 2017.

Iain Griffiths (of Mr Lyan) and Kelsey Ramage (previously of Dandelyan) will bring their shared experience running some of the best bars in the world and their innovative approach to cocktails to the drinks offering at The Curtain.

Cocktails at Red Rooster Shoreditch, The Curtain’s flagship restaurant from Marcus Samuelsson, will take inspiration from the restaurant’s Harlem roots and will include JL Swizzle: Rum, turmeric syrup & butterfly tea bitters and Lindy Hop Sour: Bourbon sour with blood orange.

Iain and Kelsey will also oversee drink at Marcus Samuelsson’s Rooster Taqueria, the rooftop bar The Lido, The Curtain Members’ Club areas such as Billy's, a members’ basement bar, live music venue the Long Player, the Screening Room and the hotel’s minibar offering.
