TRULLO’S BOLLITO MISTO LUNCH, SUNDAY 11TH DECEMBER

On Sunday 11th December, Trullo will host a special lunch that will pay homage to one of their all time favourite dishes, Bollito Misto. This Northern-Italian dish, is made up of a selection of meat cuts that are poached in a stock and served with accompanying sauces and condiments.
The three-course Bollito Misto features a Bollito Misto of Poached ox tongue, duck leg, veal breast and cotechino sausage with lentils and cavolo nero as it’s centre piece. The dish is served with Salsa verde, pearl, grated horseradish and mustard fruit
