Trullo, The Cookbook by Tim Siadatan was published on 6th July. Full of recipes from the critically acclaimed London restaurant, Trullo is about serious cooking, but with a simple, laid- back approach. From creative antipasti and knockout feasts to the bold pasta dishes, Trullo, The Cookbook is all about food that brings people together.

The book offers something for everyone from classic pasta dishes like Pici Cacio e Pepe (indigenous to Tuscan peasant food, pici is made of just flour and water, as simple and frugal as it gets) to refreshing salad recipes like Castel franco, blood orange, pomegranate, mint and Ubriaco. There are also show stoppers that are simple to make and luxurious to eat: Whole baked turbot with poached leeks and aioli and more complex recipes such as Steamed roasted duck with black rice, chickpea and grilled, marinated apricot.
