WELCOME TO THE FOLD

09/01/2017

From Yorkshire to Barca and back to London again, we’re thrilled to welcome the following into the Gemma Bell and Company fold.

Michelin-starred head chef and Great British Menu finalist 2016 Tommy Banks, is best known for his ‘farm-to-fork’ philosophy at the family-run restaurant and rooms, The Black Swan at Oldstead. At the age of 24, Tommy Banks became the youngest person in the UK to be awarded a Michelin star and still holds this title to this day. Watch this space.

At Casa Bonay, an independent hotel, housed in a neoclassical building in the Dreta de L’Eixample area of Barcelona, co-founder Inés Miró-Sans has brought together some of the city’s most innovative and like-minded creatives. Food is integral to the hotel’s community culture with head chef Estanislao Carenzo bringing a new approach and passion for natural wine to the Barcelona dining scene.

Pizza Pilgrims is the very much beloved pizza joint found across town with sites at Exmouth Market, Covent Garden and Soho. The idea was founded after brothers Thom and James Elliot had a literal pizza pilgrimage across Italy in search of the perfect crust. You can follow their trip here.
