THE WILD RABBIT LAUNCHES ‘BOTTOMS UP’ BAR ON SUMMER TERRACE
The Wild Rabbit, the pub with rooms in the idyllic Cotswolds village of Kingham, is launching a brand new summer bar on their front terrace, Bottoms Up. The lovingly converted horsebox will be serving up summer cocktails and wines from small independent vineyards alongside a menu of light seasonal dishes, focused around local produce, during the summer months.
Head Chef Nathan Eades has designed this lighter bar menu to include fresh salads, small plates and items from the grill which are perfect for al fresco summer dining.
Tomato salad with chargrilled onion and basil dressing
Potted devilled shrimps with pumpernickel and molasses bread
From the barbeque:
Chilli and garlic marinated spatchcock poussin
Shelled prawns with n’duja butter.
