YARD SALE PIZZA ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH STONEWALL FOR THE WORLD CUP

Cult favourite Yard Sale Pizza is celebrating the 2022 World Cup with the return of their much-loved classic - The Full House, this time in charity partnership with Stonewall.

For this tournament, Yard Sale Pizza will be partnering with Stonewall, to donate £1 from every pizza sold during the tournament to support the fight against discrimination towards the LGBTQ+ community, in solidarity with those are unable to get involved with this World Cup freely.

To help launch the campaign, Yard Sale are working with local grassroots womxn and non-binary football club Goal Diggers FC on some exciting content to further draw attention to inclusivity within football at all levels of the game.

Made with Yard Sale Pizza’s legendary dough and available from all nine locations from 16th November, the pizza will be topped with pepperoni, fennel sausage, spicy ground beef, mushrooms, black olives and peppers.

Speaking on the campaign, Yard Sale said: "We love football here at Yard Sale, but this one feels a little different. Whilst for a football fan, there’s no bigger moment than the World Cup, we feel it’s right to acknowledge that this year, it’s not a moment that everyone can be a part of freely. Whilst we’ll want to get carried away as much as the next fan if England do well, we don’t want to lose sight of the complex issues that this tournament presents. So in support of inclusivity and equality, we’ll be donating £1 from every World Cup pizza sold throughout the tournament to Stonewall who are fighting for anti-discrimination and LGBTQ+ rights across the world, because it’s not a Full House unless everyone’s welcome.”

The pizza is available across all Yard Sale Pizza’s nine locations from today, Wednesday 16th November.
