YARD SALE PIZZA ANNOUNCES SUMMER GUEST CHEF SERIES
Introducing the Summer Guest Chef Series from cult neighbourhood favourite Yard Sale Pizza. Three of London’s best-loved chefs and restaurants launching three limited-edition pizzas between 17th August and 14th September. With creations from chef-of-the-moment Ixta Belfrage, South London stalwarts Forza Wine and East’s beloved Singburi, each pizza will run in very limited numbers while stocks last, across all Yard Sale locations.
The series kicks off on 17th August with Ixta’s Pineapple Pizza - designed to convert any pineapple-pizza haters. Fresh off the back of her book launch, the pizza will be topped with a MEZCLA-inspired concoction of maple-glazed pineapple, fresh Sicilian sausage, charred spring onion, curry habanero onions, fresh jalapeños, with fior di latte mozzarella and tomato sauce. A squeeze of lime is optional, but recommended, to complete a pizza reminiscent of the bold and fresh flavours from her book. Her pizza can also be made vegetarian on request.
Next up, on 31st August, is Singburi - Leytonstone’s family-run, best-loved Thai restaurant - with a special creation from Head Chef Sirichai Kularbwong. Their Gaeng Pizza Gang is topped with Kua Kling dry fried pork, pickled mustard greens, fresh Thai shallots, green peppercorns along with Thai basil and fior di latte mozzarella.
Finally, on 14th September, South East London’s finest Forza Wine will bring the series to a close with their pizza, Wind Your Neck In - featuring Braised harissa lamb neck, tomatoes, pink pickled onions and fior di latte mozzarella. In anticipation of their re-opening of Forza Win in Camberwell, this special from chefs Michael Lavery and Sam Ritchie is not one to miss.
Each of the toppings will sit on Yard Sale’s infamous dough, handmade in store to order and hand delivered through their in-house delivery service.
