YOSMA LAUNCHES NEW COCKTAIL BAR

Yosma, the Istanbul Meyhane and Mangal in Marylebone, has launched its new cocktail bar.

The new bar still sits adjacent to the restaurant, but features a brand new drinks and bar snacks list, as well as a new design. The concept is inspired by Çilingirs – the name given to informal evenings of food, raki and socialising in Turkey. The word directly translates as ‘locksmith’, referring to the unlocking and sharing of secrets amongst friends.

Cocktails include the House Punch (Quiquiriqui Joven, Yellow Chartreuse, Lime, Pineapple, Rosemary, Agave) and the Silver Bullet (Dry gin, Kummel, Lemon, Almond). Bar snacks, from executive chef Hus Vedat, include Home-pickled Cauliflower; Cod, Dill and Sumac Kofta,Yoghurt and Pastirma & Kasar Cheese Croquettes.
