YOSMA LAUNCHES 'KAHVALTI' -
Yosma, the contemporary Turkish Meyhane, Mangal & Raki Bar in Marylebone which harnesses the spirit of Istanbul, is launching “Kahvaltı”, traditional Turkish breakfast, on Saturday 12th November. Kahvaltı, which literally translates as ‘before coffee’, will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm.
Weekend breakfast in Turkey is a social event that brings together friends and family members for a feast. Executive chef, Hus Vedat, has been careful to stay true to the kahvaltı culture of Istanbul and has collated a menu of classic dishes, including Sucuklu Yumurta – tomato baked eggs with spicy beef sausage, yoghurt and chilli butter and sweet offerings such as Simit - mulberry molasses and sesame bread - served with honeycomb and kaymak cream.
