OVERALL OBJECTIVES

To successfully launch the Zetter Group’s newest outpost in Marylebone and one of 2015’s most exciting boutique hotel openings in the UK, and to position The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone as a leading neighbourhood hotel in London as well as a destination bar with award-winning cocktails by Tony Conigliaro.

 



HOW WE ACHIEVED THIS

We negotiated exclusive reviews and editorial with The Sunday Times Travel supplement and Conde Nast Traveller magazine as well as GQ magazine and leading international titles. We ensured there was ‘chatter’ around the opening by securing pre-launch press across travel, lifestyle and trade titles as well as organizing site tours and hosting a much anticipated launch party filling the hotel with key media and industry. We lined up a steady stream of editorial coverage to follow the exclusives, and ensured the campaign maintained momentum and longevity, keeping the property at the forefront of the London hotel scene a year on from opening.   

 



RESULTS

The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone has been featured across all key travel, lifestyle and trade publications consistently since launch in August 2015.  Editorial has varied from hotel reviews, bar and cocktail stories and wider inclusions in London city guides or profiles of the hotel group as a whole.  The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone has subsequently been featured in House & Garden’s annual ‘Hotels by Design 2016’ supplement for its fabulous interiors, Tatler’s ’Travel Guide 2016' and Conde Nast Traveller’s ‘Hot List 2016’, UK and US editions.
