Renowned Michelin-starred restaurant Murano by Angela Hartnett is delighted to announce the launch of their Summer set-lunch menu, available exclusively throughout August. From Monday to Saturday, diners can indulge in a choice of two enticing menus, £50 for two courses or £55 three-courses, featuring a selection of fresh, summer dishes.

Since opening in 2008, Murano has delighted diners with a memorable yet unfussy experience and a style of service which makes guests feel instantly at home.

Throughout August, diners opting for the Summer set-lunch will be greeted with a Lemon and Jasmine spritz on arrival and tea, coffee and petit fours to conclude, whilst choosing from dishes abundant with stone fruits, citrus, fennel and aubergines. Highlights include:


Tuna tartare, citrus dressing, soft herbs and crispy capers
Stone fruit and tomato panzanella, fresh focaccia

Baked plaice fillet with black olive, tomato and pine nut caponata
Pork shoulder, apricots, fresh almonds

Poached apricots diplomat
Dark chocolate tart, lavender ice cream
