GARETH WILD TO HOST COLLABORATION AT GRACE & SAVOUR

From 11th to 13th November, Hampton Manor will host an exclusive collaboration at Grace & Savour with Gareth Ward, chef-owner of Ynyshir, voted the UK’s best restaurant in 2022.

Gareth will return to Hampton Manor to serve a 12-course dinner with Grace & Savour Head Chef David Taylor. Gareth’s dishes will celebrate a passion for protein driven cooking whilst David’s plates will honour Grace & Savour’s roots – creating a new kind of luxury by embracing a vision for sustainability that touches all the senses. Dishes will incorporate seasonal ingredients from Grace & Savour’s Walled Garden, which produces an acre of food using organic principles, including re-wilding, diversification and forging.

The dinner is part of the hotel’s two-night staycation package across the Manor House and is priced from £600pp. This includes bed and breakfast, a wine tasting, dinner at Smoke on Friday and Gareth’s one-off dinner at Grace & Savour on Saturday 12th November. Tickets go live to newsletter subscribers at 12pm on Wednesday 28th September, with dinner-only release tickets available in the next couple of weeks.

David notes: "I am so excited to be cooking next to Gareth, who quite apart from anything else, is a complete gentleman. His food is among the most exciting in the entire country right now and the hugely-deserved success he's achieved this year, from both Michelin and the National Restaurant Awards, is a testament to that."

Gareth Ward’s visit is the first in an exciting line up of the UK’s best chefs hosting unique dining experiences at Hampton Manor over the coming months. This is following an impressive six months of guest chef events including Michel Roux Jnr, Anna Jones and Dan Lee. More announcements to follow.
