GOILA BUTTER CHICKEN TO LAUNCH 

We are delighted to announce that on Thursday 13th January, Carousel(Fitzrovia), is to welcome cult Mumbai brand ‘Goila Butter Chicken’ as the first long term residency in their new incubator space, 'No. 23' Charlotte Street.

One of India's best loved chefs, Saransh Goila, has developed a global following for his eponymous butter chicken recipe, characterised by its signature smoky flavour.

The ten-seater launch pad within Carousel has been coined by the Templeton brothers as the "fast casual side hustle” - it will house brand new concepts and longer-term collaborations.
