On Wednesday 22nd March, Fortnum & Mason will welcome award-winning chef, author and presenter Max La Manna for the fourth instalment of their "Food Behind the Pages" supper club series.

With nearly 1 million instagram followers under his belt, Max is a social media sensation and Fortnum & Mason’s Digital Creator of the Year.

Max will be joining Fortnum’s in their latest restaurant, FIELD, located on the Ground Floor Mezzanine at 181 Piccadilly. The menu will showcase signature recipes from his new cookbook, You Can Cook This! that are not only plant-based, but also waste conscious, for the book was inspired by asking his followers what their most-wasted ingredients were. The full menu will feature Spicy Baked Cauliflower Wings and Smoky Lentil and Broccoli Stem Tacos with crispy cucumber salsa.
