Missy Flynn is a renowned mixologist, and makes the best cocktails in town. She co-owns the food and drink collective Rita’s. More recently, Bodega Rita’s (their popular global deli) has turned its hand to become a delivery service “Rita’s 4 U” sending pantry items such as tacos, hot sauces and pre-made cocktails to needy Londoners.
What was one of the very first dishes you remember eating?
French toast with my mum at the weekends. Basic thick sliced white bread, lots of sugar.
Who is your food hero?
Gotta be Bourdain.
What is your guiltiest food pleasure?
I don't feel guilty about any of my pleasures but I am happy as a pig in shit when there's a tiramisu and a short sharp Italian digestif in front of me.
Which restaurant to you long to return to?
Brawn, for the reason above.
What would be your last meal?
Lobster roll and chips with a bottle of tequila.
What dish do you cook the most at home?
I live with a chef so I usually end up taking care of breakfast or dessert because real meals are best left to the pros, unless it's curry for dinner, in which case I thrive.
What restaurant T-shirt would you wear?
Not a restaurant but have you seen the new Lant Street tshirts? V classy.

Leek

Sorry but vegan cheese? Just give up.
Favourite restaurant not in the UK?
Any of the old Los Angeles Steak houses - not necessarily for the food, just the old time glamour, red leather, martinis and the always steal-worthy table ware.
