OTTOLENGHI LAUNCHES 2022 FESTIVE COLLECTION 

The long-awaited Ottolenghi festive range will return in 2022 with the most plentiful lineup yet. Heading into their 20th Christmas, the team have curated a collection that will feature the renowned Ottolenghi hampers, one-off bakery items, luxurious table linens and the bright, bold Serax tableware. With limited-edition products and brand-new items, there will be something for every taste and budget.

Using meticulously sourced ingredients, the range of Ottolenghi hampers will be filled with baked goods and pantry staples, synonymous with the flavours you’d expect from Ottolenghi. From the brand-new Ultimate Ottolenghi Hamper, abounding with festive favourites from the team, to the returning Christmas Essentials Hamper. Expect an abundance of much-loved goodies and spices, making it easy to recreate go-to Ottolenghi dishes at home. Think Christmas shortbread snowflakes, Pecan snowballs, Brunsli stars, Cheddar and pistachio biscuits, Berbere spice rub and Palestinian za’atar.

Joining the festive offering will be this year’s new Hummus at Home Kit, the ultimate gift for equipping keen cooks with all of the ingredients needed to recreate Yotam’s creamiest, dreamiest hummus at home again and again. Along with a selection of toppings and accompaniments to ‘pimp’ your hummus, the kit also comes with carefully sourced spices and herbs (Palestinian green chilli relish and Aleppo chilli flakes to name a few), plus dipping chips from the Ottolenghi bakery.

Ottolenghi's bountiful cookbook hamper range continues to grow with the release of OTK: Extra Good Things this September. With a copy of the book and a branded OTK tote bag inside, you will find the key essentials to accompany the collection of new recipes, such as Tahini, Kashmiri chilli powder, Nigella seeds and Preserved lemon paste, priced at £75.

Designed by Ivo Bisignano - a long-time friend and collaborator of Ottolenghi - the award-winning Serax ‘FEAST’ collection offers over 100 items that could suit any kitchen. From Recycled glassware and cutlery to playful plates, bowls and cups decorated with face motifs and the classic ‘O’ brushstroke design.

Bakery items will run from the signature Ottolenghi Christmas Pudding, wrapped in a collectable Christmas cloth, to the flavourful Christmas Cake. The team’s favourite Panettone is back, too, available in a variety of flavours - Classico, Chocolate chip and Pistachio cream. For any last-minute stocking fillers, individual treats can be found in-store. Highlights include Soft gingerbread tiles with rum butter glaze, back by popular demand, the Soft pistachio amaretti and the Chocolate orange sable.

To ensure Christmas truly goes off in Ottolenghi style, there will be a brand new set of Luxury Christmas Crackers this year, with gifts like 'O' yo-yo, Ottolenghi planter stakes, Seeds, Honey drizzler, Scalloped Cookie cutter and Ceramic 'O' Christmas decoration.

Festive pre-orders open on 1st November for delivery nationwide from 29th November to 20th December. For international deliveries, orders should be placed before 13th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
