OTTOLENGHI LAUNCHES HUMMUS AT HOME KIT

Introducing the latest addition to the Ottolenghi online store, the Hummus at Home kit, available to order on 7th July for nationwide delivery. Here to help demystify the art of making perfect, creamy hummus. The kit contains selected ingredients, herbs and spices to help you master Ottolenghi-style hummus again and again in your own kitchen.

The kit includes the newly launched Ottolenghi Tahini, dried chickpeas for the traditional recipe and the best jarred chickpeas we have found for those short of time, as well as an array of store cupboard essentials to ‘pimp’ your hummus at home; from Aleppo chilli flakes to Palestinian za’atar. For the all-important dipping? Za’atar pita chips from the Ottolenghi bakery – the perfect companion. An accompanying recipe card with various topping suggestions and instructions is included in all sets.

Often synonymous with his name, Yotam’s recipe is rich and velvety, great for serving up as a dip to share, or as part of a larger dish.
