OTTOLENGHI LAUNCHES NEW MENU WITH DISHPATCH
Ottolenghi’s latest menu for Dishpatch is now available.
The menu features a selection of mezze dishes from his cookbook repertoire, with a centrepiece of either pulled lamb shawarma, portobello mushroom shawarma or both, accompanied by pitas and zesty sumac yoghurt.
Dishes include an earthy beetroot dip, a gem lettuce, smoky burnt aubergine yoghurt and chilli salad, harissa-roasted carrots and tamarind braised chickpeas. These are followed by a cheesecake-like sweet labneh dessert with baked rhubarb.
