ROUX AT THE LANDAU

TO RELAUNCH WITH A NEW MENU AND NEW LOOK
After closing for renovation in January, Roux at The Landau, the restaurant by Michel Roux Jr. at The Langham, London will be reopening in early Spring 2018 with a new dining concept.
With a redesign carried out by David Collins Studio, the restaurant will now feature a striking curvilinear bar in the middle of the space to allow for countertop dining, whilst the new menu devised by Chef Nicolas Pasquier will feature simple, elegant dishes using French cooking techniques, highlighting the provenance of ingredients.
The central counter will have displays of charcuterie and shellfish, with a selection of refined ‘snacks’ featuring on the new menu. A sizeable custom-made cabinet showcasing a range of cheeses from the very best British and French suppliers will be another striking feature, in addition to a vastly extended wine list, offering precisely 525 varieties of both New and Old World wines, available in its entirety by the glass.
