SABOR LAUNCHES "SABOR EN CASA"

Nieves Barragan Mohacho and Jose Etura have created SABOR EN CASA. Michelin-starred Mayfair restaurant SABOR celebrates Spain’s regional cuisine at its counter restaurant, asador and bar; and now, fans can recreate the experience at home, from cocktails to feasting menus.

The boxes include classics like: Sabor’s prawn croquetas, Sabor’s tortilla mix, Gambas al ajill, Arroz negro and Churrasco de cordero (milk-fed lamb ribs) with chimichurri sauce.

Along with Sabor en Casa’s two boxes are a selection of pantry items, cocktails and wines to accompany the feasts. Ready-made cocktails include Fino Negroni and Sangria, a selection of Spanish wines and jars of mojo rojo, mojo verde and Sabor’s excellent aioli make up the products alongside Sabor’s olive oil and cookbook, terracotta dish and tortilla frying pan.

Boxes can be ordered via Sabor’s website each Monday (starting on 29th June) 9am -5pm, and deliveries will at first be London-based before delivering nationwide, each Friday, with the added option of picking a box up from Sabor on Heddon Street.
