Self-taught chef, restaurateur and food writer, Sami Tamimi, is launching the NAFAS supper club series. Starting on Friday 31st March, the brand-new series of events from Sami Tamimi will celebrate the culinary heritage of Palestine.

NAFAS refers to the heart and soul put into cooking for others. Through his menu, Sami will take guests through the Palestine coastline and over the aromas of villages in the Galilee. Sunny plates of food will spotlight winter’s finest vegetables, grains, orange blossom and plenty of tahini, all whilst supporting FairTrade Palestinian farmers and producers.
