SKYE GYNGELL IN CONVERSATION WITH ARIZONA MUSE

30/03/2022

On Saturday 23rd April, Heckfield Place, will host a conversation between culinary director Skye Gyngell and, model turned activist and founder of DIRT charity, Arizona Muse.

Both pioneers in their field, the two are set to discuss the importance of biodynamics on what we wear and consume, having connected during Arizona’s stay at Heckfield, where she visited the Biodynamic Market Garden. Unquestionably this is the most stylish sustainability talk to date.

This timely event will educate attendees on Biodynamic farming, positioning the practice as one of the most effective solutions to the climate change crisis. The Heckfield Estate source nearly all their produce from the Biodynamic Market Garden and Heckfield Home Farm, ensuring the ingredients used in both restaurants, Hearth and Marle, are nutrient rich and the freshest imaginable.

Guests will also have the opportunity to book a table in Marle, recently awarded a Michelin Green Star, for the reputable Earth menu. A daily changing menu, comprising of ingredients that might have previously been overlooked. Akin to Skye Gyngell’s Scratch menu, at Spring, Somerset House, the overriding ambition is to create elegantly simple dishes, leaving no waste behind.

The event starts at 7:00pm, with the Earth menu in Marle served at 5:30pm. Please find a link to the event, here.
