We are so pleased to now be working with The Compasses Inn! Steeped in history and character with culinary credentials to boot, The Compasses Inn is the perfect destination for a countryside escape, with new rooms opening this year.

Hidden in Wiltshire's idyllic Nadder Valley, the quintessentially British pub from restaurateur Ben Maschler offers beautifully decorated bedrooms, fantastic service and unrivaled food.

The daily-changing menu celebrates the best of local produce from neighbouring suppliers such as Kensons Farm (organic vegetables) and MIH & PM Gray (beef & mutton), and guests are even encouraged to bring freshly caught Fish, Game and homegrown produce in exchange for credit behind the bar.

For those looking for a countryside escape, the Inn itself has four en-suite rooms, with three more in neighbouring Plum Cottage. All the bedrooms have been refurbished by Ben’s wife Jane, with her Danish heritage lending inspiration to the modern interiors. The balance of cool and simple interiors with antique furniture creates a calm space for couples and families to stay.

The dog-friendly rooms comprise three doubles and a larger ‘family’ room, all with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton linen and Wallace & Sewell blankets, Wi-Fi, full length mirrors and flat screen televisions. Rooms at The Compasses Inn start from £95 per night. With great food and hospitality at the heart of the offering, a proper English breakfast is available for guests every morning.
