THE PILGRM HOTEL LAUNCHES ALFRESCO TERRACE   

The Pilgrm Hotel in Paddington has opened an al fresco drinking and dining spot, a perfect bijous summer trap, on the front of their Victorian townhouse.

Open to hotel guests and visitors alike, the terrace is perched outside the first-floor cocktail lounge and seats 20 in the open air with rows of botanical displays. Design agency 93ft has adorned the space with restored white marble tables and upcycled timber and steel chairs. The terrace also features a quaint herb garden, with which the dishes and drinks on The Pilgrm’s menu this summer will be infused.

Under the guidance of head chef Sara Lewis, the whole team at The Pilgrm have influenced the diverse Mediterranean evening menu, based on their fondest memories of travelling around Italy, Spain, and Greece. The Pilgrm’s summer menu features light, colourful dishes with well-sourced ingredients from Belazu and Brindisa such as Cod-Stuffed Peppers and Pan Con Tomate.

The Pilgrm has also recently refreshed their brunch menu, including Stewed Spiced Tomato with Spicy Chorizo and Avocado on Toast served with Crumbled Feta, Spanish Black Olives and Fresh Tomatoes. The brunch menu will be available on the outdoor terrace every day from 7am - 3pm, to spend a leisurely London morning with The Pilgrm’s Bloody Mary in hand.
