One of London’s most prominent bakeries, Toklas Bakery, will continue its celebration of all things citrus on Saturday 15th April, with a one-off pop up featuring an incredible selection of savoury dishes, sweets, pastries and drinks utilising lesser known varieties from the Todolí Citrus Fundacio.

From 10am until sell out, Head Baker Janine Edwards and her talented team will serve up an array of bakes, including a collaborative pastry from Nicola Lamb, to enjoy eat in, take away, or on the peaceful, expansive terrace.

Janine has been busy curing, candying and preserving some of the season’s citrus harvest into take-away goods. Think Duncan grapefruit, lime and mandarin marmalade, Pickles and homemade Florentines.

Toklas are the sole importers of Todolí Citrus, a 10-acre grove close to Valencia growing over 500 varieties of the fruit. Importing through their friend Vicente Todolí, the Toklas team are utilising these fruits across the restaurant, bakery and bar, as well as selling on to a variety of London’s top restaurants.

The Toklas Bakery Citrus Pop-up will run from 10am until sell out, Saturday 15th April at Toklas Bakery.
