We’re delighted to announce a brand new Valentine's Day menu from Michel Roux Jr and Dishpatch to enjoy at home. Bringing the romance to kitchens nationwide as part of Dishpatch’s Valentine's series, the finish-at-home kit has all ingredients required to impress any significant other or dear friends this February, with French and British classics and an indulgent dessert to finish off.

Michel’s four-course menu will begin with a Champagne and saffron soup with poached scallop and Sourdough bread and butter. For main, the menu will centre around a Beef Wellington for two, with a rich red wine jus and all the trimmings; Carrots and parsnips dressed in a Beurre noisette, with a Potato and celeriac dauphinoise to go alongside.

Finish things off with a decadent Chocolate and whiskey tart - one of Michel’s personal favourite recipes. The menu will be available to order from 22nd January, for delivery throughout February and on Valentines Day itself.
