We’re delighted to introduce the Wilson’s Bread Shop in its fullest form; a new bakery and produce store for suburban Bristol.

From Michelin Green Star restaurant Wilson’s, the Wilson’s Bread Shop is open Friday to Sunday two doors down from the restaurant, serving home-baked breads, patisseries and desserts, hot drinks and surplus fruit and vegetables from the restaurant’s Market Garden.

From warm loaves of Icelandic-style Rye bread to perfectly chewy, rum-spiked Canelés de Bordeaux, house-cured Koji bacon rolls to Bloody Marys made with fermented homegrown tomatoes, the Bread Shop has a simple aim; provide local people with outstanding local produce.

The Wilson’s Bread Shop is open from 9am until 3pm, Friday and Saturday, and 9am until 2pm on Sunday at 18 Chandos Road, Bristol.
