We come with exciting news - an epic collaboration between beloved pasta eatery Padella and London’s favourite pizzeria, Crisp Pizza W6, landing for one-night-only on Tuesday 12th December.

Pici Cacio e pepe calzone, anyone?

One last hurrah before it’s all turkey and trimmings, guests can enjoy a limited-edition menu of Crisp’s legendary pies, topped with reimagined and classic versions of Padella favourites created by Padella and Trullo founder, Tim Siadatan.

Usually served with Pappardelle, 8 hour Dexter beef shin ragu and 24-month aged Parmesan will be piled on a classic thin base (*FYI there's no tomato sauce, it's all beef shin*) and topped with mozzarella cheese. The seasonal Padella Ravioli will be given a twist; Delica pumpkin, Westcombe ricotta, chilli, gorgonzola and crispy sage will come served atop a cult favourite Crisp base. Also joining the roster will be a Squid ink pie topped with puttanesca, and another classic base with Cobble lane cured nduja, Neal’s Yard mascarpone, marjoram and stracciatella.

And the pièce de résistance? Pici cacio e pepe calzone. A folded dough stuffed with pici pasta, slathered in a pecorino and pepper sauce - a Padella hype dish since day one, reimagined with the help of the Crisp Pizza W6 team.
