MUSE MASTERS BY TOM AIKENS RETURNS THIS AUTUMN

Muse Masters by Tom Aikens will return this September, with some of the world’s leading chefs joining Tom for a series of one-off four-hands dinners. Featuring Tom Sellers, Lee Westcott, Bjorn Fraznen, Issac McHale and Alberto Landgraf, each evening will celebrate chefs who have previously worked in kitchens under Tom’s mentorship before carving out their own successful careers and will take place in the intimate setting of Muse by Tom Aikens, Belgravia.

Starting with Tom Sellers on Tuesday 26th September, guests will enjoy a menu of signature dishes from both chefs. The eight-course dinner will be priced at £220 with a wine pairing available for £130, alongside the full Muse wine list. On the series, Sellers says: “Cooking alongside Tom is always a pleasure, he’s taught me so much over the years and I’m proud to be supporting him and his charity.”

Lee Westcott’s dinner will follow on Tuesday 17th October, with Westcott noting: “To be asked to do a four hand’s dinner with Tom is an absolute pleasure and a privilege. I can’t express enough how happy I am to have the opportunity to cook alongside him once again. I’ve cooked with Tom on many occasions since working for him but this one is going to be very special. I look forward to seeing you there.”

Bjorn Frantzén of Restaurant Frantzen (voted 30th in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023), Isaac McHale, Chef Patron of the Clove Club (voted 38th in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023) and Alberto Landgraf of two-Michelin-starred Oteque will follow, with dates to be confirmed shortly.

On the series Aikens notes: “I am truly excited to be cooking once more with all of these chefs. It's hard to imagine at some point that I had each of these very talented chefs in my kitchen. What makes it so special to me is that we are all still very close to each other.”

10% of ticket sales from each Muse Masters dinner will be donated to Only A Pavement Away, a charity founded by representatives from the hospitality industry to support people facing homelessness, prison leavers and veterans struggling to get into work, finding them jobs within the industry.
