Argentinian restaurant, Sucre, is delighted to introduce Sunday Asado - a celebratory, open-fire feast inspired by the rich traditions of the Latin American dining experience.

Every Sunday from 15th October from 12pm to 4pm, Sucre’s Sunday Asado is an opportunity to gather and celebrate with friends and family; a decadent interpretation of the traditional sharing feast, filled with the joys of togetherness and culinary delights. The new menu pays homage to Latin American cooking, with Sucre’s recognisable creativity, flair, and open-fire craft.

Priced at £55 per person, begin with a selection of dishes to share, including Beef and cheese empanadas and Revuelto de gramajo, before indulging in a main course of your choice. Highlight dishes include the Beef rib short rib Banderita with chimichurri, Iberico Matambre with peppercorn sauce, and Catch of the day with lemon ‘gremolata’, all cooked centre stage in Sucre’s open kitchen and paired with seasonal vegetables.

The wine list has been carefully selected to complement the complex flavours across the menu, whilst notable cocktails include a Margarita fizz (£12) and a Bloody chorizo Mary (£12).

Dessert is a true celebration of the traditional convivial dining experience, with diners invited to help themselves to a selection of dishes, presented in the centre of Sucre’s iconic dining room. Expect Dulce de leche profiteroles with raspberries, Poached peaches with blackberry pavlovas and lemon mousseline, and Flax mixto with dulce de leche and cream. The perfect end to a decadent feast.
