CHRISTMAS WITH DISHPATCH: CELEBRATE IN STYLE WITH DECADENT MENUS AND SCRUMPTIOUS SHOWPIECES

This year from Dishpatch, comes a line-up of incredible finish-at-home menus from the UK's best chefs and restaurants, for a fuss-free Christmas. From some of the UK’s leading chefs, the collection features a 4-course feast from Michel Roux Jr., a decadent showstopper from Andi Oliver, and new additions from Empire Empire and Sabrina Ghayour.


Michel Roux Jr. will offer two menus this year both served with Saffron and Champagne soup and poached scallops. Indulge with a 3-course Salmon Wellington or a more traditional offering of his 4-course Beef Fillet Wellington menu including festive favourites like Chicken liver parfait, brioche, caramelised onion to start and Brioche pudding and mulled wine poached pears to finish.


For those hosting a less traditional Christmas, Empire Empire is offering a Lobster Biryani Feast, alongside their famous Kashmiri lamb chops, José Pizarro is perfect for entertaining in style with his Tapas Party and Angela Hartnett brings a taste of luxury with Cafe Murano’s Italian Truffle Extravaganza. Sabrina Ghayour returns with two flavoursome feasts – choose between Quince-glazed poussin or a vegetarian Middle Eastern Festive Feast.


Beat Boxing Day leftovers with Andi Oliver’s finish-at-home glazed ham. Influenced by her family homeland of Antigua, the Caribbean rum glazed ham is perfect for gatherings with friends and family.


For the finale, it can only be St. JOHN’s Christmas pudding on the table. In true St. JOHN style, it’s made with suet, stout, brandy, rum and packed with fruit and nuts. Each pudding will be presented in a ceramic bowl, adorned with the familiar St. JOHN pig motif and an organic fair-trade cotton tea towel.


Guests can also enjoy three courses of St. JOHN deliciousness for Christmas or New Year. The menu includes Smoked mackerel rillette, pickled beetroot, horseradish and rye; Confit pig, duck fat potatoes, bitter leaf salad and to finish Ginger loaf, butterscotch sauce and cream, best enjoyed with a glass of Champagne in hand.


The Wine Shop will also be available throughout the festive period to add bottles onto orders or as a gift with selected wines from St. JOHN, Angela Hartnett and José Pizarro.


The Dishpatch Festive and New Year menus are available from the 13th of November, for delivery from 22nd December. Further New Year special menus to be announced.
